We are seeking an energetic, confident, and consistent Lead Teacher for our One-Year-Old classroom. This individual should be warm and nurturing, with a strong backbone—someone who sets clear expectations, provides structure, and understands that while schedules are important, flexibility is essential in early childhood environments. All candidates must meet one or more of the following qualifications, in addition to any state and/or local licensing requirements:
An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (Preferred), Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field
An Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (Preferred), including 18 semester hours of coursework related to children from birth to age 8
A current CDA (Child Development Associate) or Early Childhood Teaching Credential
Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field
