The role involves teaching four courses per semester focusing on special education law, assessment, and evidence-based instruction. Additional duties include student advising, scholarship, professional growth, and contributing to program development and recruitment.
Candidates must hold at least a master's degree for the Instructor rank or a doctorate for the Assistant Teaching Professor rank. Experience in PreK-12 classrooms and expertise in high incidence disabilities, particularly in elementary and early childhood, is preferred.
