Salary Range

$57,603.00 - $84,244.39 per year What You Will Do Provide compassionate religious and spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, addressing emotional and spiritual distress while honoring diverse beliefs and cultural backgrounds.Deliver pastoral ministry through sacraments, rituals, blessings, and liturgical services within the hospital and broader community.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care and maintain meaningful connections through regular visitation and communication.Mentor and supervise Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) students and fellows, supporting their professional and spiritual development. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Board Certification from the APC, NACC, CASC, or the NAJC at time of hire or obtained within 2 years of hire or risk of termination if not obtained within two years. For those not board certified at time of hire or job transfer, ecclesiastical endorsement is required.

Education

• Master s Degree in Divinity, Theology, or a related field from an accredited school is required. 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE is required.
• Work
• Experience: 3-5 years of healthcare experience as a chaplain is preferred.
