The Wellness Counselor designs and implements a school-wide Social-Emotional Learning program for middle and high school students. They provide short-term individual and group counseling, manage crisis situations, and coordinate with families and staff to support student well-being.

Lexington Christian Academy is accepting applications for the position of Wellness Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year. The Wellness Counselor serves as a dedicated champion of students' wellness for the Middle School (Grades 6-8) and High School (Grades 9-12). This role provides a proactive wellness program that prioritizes the social-emotional well-being, mental health, and personal growth of every student. The Wellness Counselor delivers Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum, offers individual and group support, and serves as a trusted advocate and resource for all students.
