Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Four year degree in Early Childhood or a related field OR completed CDA or equivalent Full knowledge of the English language, grammar and punctuation Knowledge of customer service, child development and assessment, and Minnesota licensing standards

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be flexible with work schedule as needed Ability to work with a diverse group of people Ability to work independently and as a team member
