Provide speech therapy sessions for children aged 0-3 based on Individual Family Service Plans in their natural environments. Collaborate with families and other professionals while maintaining all required service delivery documentation.
Requires a degree in Speech Language Pathology and valid state licensure or eligibility. Must hold certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).
Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines. Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals. Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
