$58,000–$70,000 annually About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is partnering with a preschool program in Illinois to hire two full-time Occupational Therapists for the 2026–2027 school year. This role supports early learners with a wide range of developmental needs in a collaborative, team-based school environment. You’ll work closely with educators and related service providers to support students’ sensory, fine motor, and functional skill development during a critical stage of early learning. This is a well-supported setting with an established speech-language pathologist already on site for the upcoming school year, contributing to a strong, collaborative therapy team. What You’ll Do Provide occupational therapy services to preschool-aged students Support students with a wide range of developmental and functional needs Conduct evaluations and contribute to individualized treatment planning Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Caseload Details Preschool population with diverse developmental needs Focus on foundational fine motor, sensory regulation, and functional skills Collaborative early childhood team environment Onsite school-based role with strong team support
