Salary Range

$22.43 - $31.26 per hour What You Will Do Ensure instructional activities are developmentally appropriate and reflect their individual interests. Complete required lesson plans and maintain accurate and timely documentation of all required activities and interactions. Ensure that assigned equipment and materials are adequately maintained in safe working order and recommend new equipment as appropriate. Maintain positive communications with child's parents/guardians and incorporate their recommendations into child's daily routine. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note

  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences Minimum of Child Development Associate (CDA) certification (infant/toddler or birth to five) and at least one year of experience working in a child care center, preschool, school district pre-k, or other educational setting with children age 5 or younger.Candidate must be willing to complete the Gateways Level 2 Infant/Toddler credential after hire. Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
