Job Description

Position dates: October 2026 - February 2027, subject to some flexibility WHAT YOU’LL DO Collaborate intensively and daily with Spanish and English colleagues to design learning outcomes, monitor growth, and thoughtfully address individual student needs. Design and teach innovative curriculum that engages all learners in meaningful and challenging work that cultivates real-world problem solving skills and develops social responsibility Deeply connect with students, colleagues and parents to vigorously uphold a culture of welcome, safety and respect. Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING Full fluency in Spanish and experience in immersion teaching At least 3 years of teaching experience in grades K-6 with a proven track record of student learning Strong understanding of instructional skills teaching through a balanced literacy approach in the reading and writing workshop model Experience with problem-based mathematics instruction Highly effective collaborator, eager to listen deeply, contribute to a team and achieve goals together Deep dedication to learning and growing as an educator Respect for, and appreciation of, a diverse community of learners, families and colleagues Ability to embrace change and consider new perspectives Graduate degree in education, teaching or a related field highly preferred Candidates with diverse backgrounds encouraged to apply

Additional Information

If hired for this position, the annual salary range is between $53,000 - $110,000. The final salary offered will be prorated against the position's start and end dates. The salary offered may vary depending on your professional experience and skills.
