The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing daily lesson plans and leading classroom instruction using the Mind and Body Matters curriculum. They must maintain a safe, positive learning environment and communicate professionally with parents and staff regarding child progress.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED with ECE credits or a CDA, along with at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. CPR and First Aid certifications are required, and candidates must meet all state licensing requirements.

$17.10 - $21.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
