Provide one-on-one individualized instruction to adults with developmental disabilities to improve their independence in daily living and social skills. Support clients in achieving personal goals and facilitate their integration into the community through direct support and transportation.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for experience in social services or education. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and pass comprehensive background and health screenings.

As an Independent Living Skills (ILS) Instructor, you will work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities to help them build the skills needed for greater independence. You will provide individualized instruction in areas such as problem-solving, home management, and social skills. Your role is to support clients in building confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in their communities.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with opportunities for advancement.
