Job description

Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time | Illinois | Evaluation Focus

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide part-time services within an Illinois school district. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who prefer an assessment-centered role and are looking to support students through comprehensive evaluation services rather than carrying a full therapy caseload.

The selected SLP will focus exclusively on conducting speech and language evaluations for students with suspected communication disorders. Responsibilities include administering and interpreting formal and informal assessments, preparing detailed and compliant evaluation reports, and participating in eligibility and IEP meetings. This role does not include full caseload therapy responsibilities.

The clinician will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to ensure evaluations are completed accurately and within required timelines. Bilingual proficiency is required to support culturally and linguistically diverse student populations effectively.

Position Further Details

Participate in multidisciplinary and eligibility meetings. Analyze assessment data and develop clear, comprehensive reports. Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines. Provide recommendations to support appropriate educational programming. Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations in a school-based setting.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field and possess an active Illinois SLP license or be eligible for licensure. An Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language endorsement is required or must be obtainable. Prior school-based evaluation experience is preferred.
