The Assistant Teacher supports the creation of inclusive activities and a nurturing classroom environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Key duties include prioritizing child health and safety, assisting with daily care, and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
Candidates must meet state/local licensing education requirements, with a CDA or college-level coursework preferred and at least one year of professional teaching experience. Physical ability to lift children up to 40 pounds and a satisfactory physical examination are required.

The Teacher is responsible for overall daily classroom operations. Lead Teachers are to provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. They are responsible for the implementation of developmentally appropriate lesson plans that are aligned with Creative Curriculum and national and state standards.
