We're looking for a passionate Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join a supportive Illinois school for the 2025–2026 academic year. This role is perfect for educators dedicated to early intervention, inclusive classrooms, and helping young learners build strong developmental foundations.
You will deliver individualized instruction tailored to each child’s academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. This includes creating and implementing IEPs, adapting curriculum and materials, and fostering a structured yet inviting classroom that promotes curiosity, independence, and engagement. Collaboration is essential—you will work closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure consistent support across learning environments.
Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis. Maintain accurate service documentation and progress reports. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, evaluations, and planning. Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student goals. Develop and manage IEPs in compliance with federal and state requirements. Collaborate with general education staff to support inclusive learning settings.
