Key ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Coaching

• Demonstrate proper techniques for ball handling, shooting, and defense. Run skills stations and officiate or coach 1-on-1, 3-on-3, and 5-on-5 games.Camper
• Supervision: Ensure the physical and emotional safety of campers. Mediate disputes and promote sportsmanship and teamwork.Logistics: Set up and tear down camp equipment (cones, balls, hydration stations). Assist with check-in, lunch breaks, and transitions.Role
• Modeling: Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere to keep campers engaged and enthusiastic.

Each youth counselor will be paid $700 for the week.
