• Ideal candidates also have 1–3 years of relevant experience plus: Strong understanding of child development and instructional strategies Knowledge of MSDE regulations A warm, friendly, and cool-tempered presence Solid communication skills — verbal and written Rock-solid reliability and punctuality Highly organized, able to juggle priorities and multitask A true team player who genuinely enjoys working with others About the campus Bells Mill/Potomac - Nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Cabin John Middle and Bells Mill Elementary Schools.
