The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans while ensuring the safety and well-being of children. They partner with families and collaborate with center leadership to maintain a high-quality learning environment aligned with NAEYC standards.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a CDA credential, or a Career Pathway Level 3 certification. Preferred qualifications include over two years of experience in a licensed child care setting and the ability to meet all state employment requirements.
