• Range: $12.77 - $12.77 HourlyBridgewater College is seeking a motivated and student-centered Assistant Men's Basketball Coach to join its NCAA Division III men's basketball program. This part-time position reports to the Head Men's Basketball Coach and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student-athletes both on and off the court. The successful candidate will assist with coaching, recruiting, player development, and program operations while helping foster a competitive, supportive team culture that reflects the mission and values of Bridgewater College. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the men's basketball program Coach and instruct student-athletes during practices, games, and skill development sessions Recruit prospective student-athletes who are a strong fit academically, athletically, and personally Prepare scouting reports and assist with game planning and opponent analysis Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic, athletic, and personal development Help promote a positive team culture built on integrity, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence Ensure compliance with NCAA, Old Dominion Athletic Conference, and College policies and regulations WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree preferred Collegiate coaching experience and/or competitive collegiate playing experience Strong knowledge of basketball strategy, player development, and recruiting Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Valid driver's license and ability to meet the

• INFORMATION: Bridgewater College was founded in 1880 as a coeducational liberal arts college to serve the local community.
