The School Psychologist supports students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development through assessment, counseling, and collaborative problem-solving. They serve as the Testing Coordinator and collaborate with faculty and families to implement support plans and social-emotional curricula.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in School Psychology and have prior experience in a school setting, preferably Montessori. Expertise in special education regulations, psycho-educational reports, and crisis intervention is required.
The Montessori School of Raleigh (MSR) seeks an experienced School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year beginning August 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development through assessment, consultation, and collaborative problem-solving. Working closely with faculty, administrators, families, and support staff, the School Psychologist will help foster an inclusive, nurturing, and developmentally responsive learning environment that promotes student well-being, resilience, and success.
