The Classroom Aide assists the Special Education Teacher in the daily operation of the classroom. They focus on organizing and teaching developmental skills to children aged three to five.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Experience in early childhood education and strong communication skills are required.
The Classroom Aide works with the Center Based Special Education Teacher and assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the classroom environment, including organizing, implementing and teaching developmental skills to students ages three to five. This position reports to the Special Education Teacher.
