Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, is seeking dedicated team members to support our Early Head Start program (ages 0-3) at our Pottstown Center.
Early Head Start Float This role provides flexible support across two classrooms(Infant and Toddler) helping ensure consistent care and coverage throughout the center. Support two Early Head Start classrooms throughout the day Assist with daily routines, including caregiving and active supervision Step into the classrooms to maintain ratios and continuity of care Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (or willingness to earn it with a free course) 2+ years of experience working with children, infants and toddlers preferred Strong teamwork and flexibility Ability to keep information private Basic knowledge of childcare rules Must meet all required clearances and health checks
