Flowers Early Learning is a high-quality preschool located in Millburg (Benton Harbor Twp.), Michigan and is currently looking for an Infant/Toddler Home visitor, serving home based classrooms with children ages 0-3.

Plans and implements curriculum, on-going observation, assessment and child outcomes systems consistent with program policies, developmentally appropriate practice, and the Head Start Performance Standards.
Job Type: Full-time, Year Round (12 months per year), Non-Exempt, Hourly
Minimum – Associates Degree with emphasis on early childhood education. Desired - Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on early childhood education. Must obtain a Family Service Credential within 30 days of hire, if not current.
Must have competency in verbal and written communication skills. Must have a personal driving record with not more than 6 active points as determined by the Secretary of State.
All candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and their own reliable transportation, complete a physical examination, comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen including a negative result for Amphetamines, Cannabinoids (including Marijuana/THC), Cocaine, Opiates, and Phencyclidine (PCP). Marijuana is not legal at the federal level and is prohibited in the workplace or in one's system, even if legally prescribed.
