Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership
Pay: $18-22/hour, based on experience
Position Overview Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? As a Resilience Coach, you will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop life skills, and thrive. This is an active, hands-on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. We are looking for positive, energetic team members who enjoy working with school-age children and creating meaningful connections every day.
High school diploma or equivalent required. 18 years or older Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred. Early Childhood Professional Certification (ECPC) - Level I or higher Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout program hours.
