Assist the Head Coach in organizing and administering all aspects of the NCAA Division I women's volleyball program. Responsibilities include daily coaching, recruiting academically and athletically qualified athletes, and ensuring strict adherence to NCAA rules.
A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Preferred candidates possess five years of coaching or playing experience at the college, club, or professional level and a proven ability to recruit athletes.
