The tutor prepares learning materials and assists students with homework in Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science. They are responsible for providing emotional support, maintaining a safe classroom environment, and promoting positive representation of the RFTS Program.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 48 college credits, along with at least one year of experience working with youth. Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic office technology are required.
