Market context
Colorado schools commonly need paraprofessionals for 1:1 elementary special education support, especially in settings where students need consistent assistance with daily routines and classroom access. These roles can be competitive because districts often look for candidates who can complete required training quickly and work confidently with specialized procedures; review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm the district-approved exams and 75-day training timeline before applying.
