ABA Behavior Technician

The role involves delivering one-On-One aba therapy to children aged 18 months to school age, utilizing play-Based and naturalistic techniques within a multidisciplinary team setting. Responsibilities also include developing customized therapy plans, guiding children's progress in educational and social settings, and meticulously documenting development.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate or bachelor's degree and must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting over 50 lbs, sustaining impact, and performing physical movements like running, squatting, and kneeling for sustained periods. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred, and employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug test.
