Residential Advisor-RSW

The residential advisor is responsible for creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for students, overseeing daily activities such as hygiene, recreation, and cafeteria monitoring, and providing informal counseling for personal issues. This role also involves conducting dormitory operations according to policy, documenting student records accurately, and facilitating life skills groups.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience in education or a similar field, along with a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor of arts or science degree in a behavioral health field and one year of relevant experience.
