Core responsibilities
The bcba will be responsible for the daily management of an assigned caseload, providing ongoing development, training, implementation, and monitoring of support systems like positive behavior intervention and support and behavior plans. This role requires staying current with field trends, ensuring best practices and regulatory standards are met, and participating in agency committees.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or special education (In school settings only) and hold current, good-Standing certification as a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Essential qualifications also include excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
