Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The direct support professional will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting, assisting with daily activities such as household chores, meal preparation, recreation, learning, and physical fitness. This role also involves representing the needs of individuals served and providing input on program planning and implementation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid us driver's license, auto insurance, and at least three years of driving experience. Prior professional experience working with individuals with disabilities is strongly preferred, as are basic computer skills.
