Advocate

The advocate is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the coaching boys into men curriculum, ensuring all program needs and activities are met, which includes recruiting and training coaches and volunteers. Key duties involve performing program assessments, collecting data, establishing positive relationships with stakeholders, and providing ongoing training and education about the program.

A minimum of a 2-Year degree is required, though a bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is preferred, which may substitute for experience. Candidates should have two years of experience in community work, public speaking, and training others, preferably with underserved populations, youth, and schools.
