- DUTIES &
- RESPONSIBILITES: Recruit coaches and volunteers to participate in the program Schedule and conduct training for coaches and volunteers Perform any assessments/surveys of the program, students, coaches, and volunteers Collect and maintain data pertaining to all parties involved in the program Establish positive and trusting relationships with schools, coaches, and community organizations Continually assess program activities and provide the ongoing training as needed Educate and promote the program to ensure ongoing involvement, interest and sustainability Collaborate with other agencies, as necessary, to ensure students overall needs are met Record and maintain adequate documentation Maintain neat and organized records and workplace Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each persons Maintain records of training of all coaches and volunteers and ensure all volunteers receive training. Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, program activities and NJDCF trainings and workshops Attend community activities and sporting events to outreach potential volunteers and group

- Education: Bachelors degree in counseling, social work, or related field preferred
- EXPERIENCE: two years of experience working in the community, performing public speaking related activities, and training others ( may substitute education.. experience working with underserved population, youth, schools, and community organizations
