Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a behavior technician, you will work one-On-One with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba. You will use evidence-Based techniques to teach various skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism and possess patience and compassion. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and lift up to 50 pounds.
