Camp Haynes Assistant Group Leader

The assistant group leader will be responsible for developing a positive and productive classroom environment, implementing engaging daily activities aligned with steam offerings, and supporting students' social-Emotional development. This role also requires preparing learning materials, establishing safe routines, and consistently collaborating with colleagues, administration, and families regarding student engagement.

Candidates must believe in providing excellent education for all children and possess either a high school diploma with at least two years of verifiable experience working with school-Aged youth, or an associate degree or higher. Key requirements include experience with elementary/Middle school children, a commitment to professional growth, and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with diverse students and families.
