Camp Haynes Group Leader

The group leader will be responsible for developing a positive and supportive classroom environment, implementing engaging daily activities, and leading the internalization and execution of lesson plans aligned with steam offerings and social-Emotional development. This role also requires preparing learning materials, establishing safe classroom routines, and consistently collaborating with colleagues, administration, and families regarding student engagement and performance.

Candidates must possess a strong belief in providing excellent education for all children and hold an associate degree or higher in a related field, or a bachelor's degree with one year of supervised occupational experience working with children. Essential qualifications include experience with elementary/Middle school children, a commitment to professional growth, and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with diverse families.
