Paraeducator - CSP - Prospect Mill Elementary School

This role involves assisting school staff with instructional programs, activities, and the personal needs of students, including implementing teacher lesson plans for individuals or small groups. Responsibilities also cover assisting with data collection, assessment, implementing ieps/Ifsps, monitoring behavior, and providing personal care assistance.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with either an associate of arts degree or higher, 48 college credits with a 'c' or higher, or a passing score on the parapro assessment. Required abilities include strong communication skills, the capacity to perform proper restraint techniques, and the physical ability to lift and transfer students weighing up to 40 pounds.
