Patient Care Technician - PCT - Dialysis Preceptor

This role involves providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under nurse supervision, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients, and performing pre/Post-Treatment evaluations. Additionally, the position functions as a preceptor, assisting with the orientation and ongoing training of clinical staff and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid pct national or state-Specific certification, and all required state licensure and training. Preferred experience includes at least five years in patient care within a hospital or related facility, and continued employment depends on successful completion of organizational dialysis training and cpr certification.
