Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist supports club leadership by providing an outcome-Driven club experience across various program pillars, directly working with youth to ensure their safety, well-Being, and development through interactive activities. Key duties include planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, affirming positive behavior, and managing daily program logistics and administration.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred, along with some experience working or volunteering with youth. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in positive youth motivation, and the ability to manage program administration and data tracking.
