Youth Development Specialist SEL

This specialist supports club leadership by delivering an outcome-Driven club experience focused on social emotional well-Being, academic success, and character development through direct interaction with youth. Key duties involve planning, implementing, and evaluating social emotional learning activities while ensuring the emotional and physical safety of all members.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth in development settings. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in trauma-Informed problem-Solving, and effective communication with diverse groups.
