Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist plans and implements engaging programs that support academic success, character development, and healthy lifestyles for youth. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, tracking member data, and fostering positive relationships with participants and community stakeholders.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred. Experience working with youth is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
