A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in education or youth development preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in positive youth motivation, and the ability to manage administrative functions and maintain safety standards.
