Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist supports club leadership by delivering an outcome-Driven club experience across various program pillars, including academic success, character development, and health and life skills. This role involves direct interaction with youth to ensure their safety, well-Being, and development through interactive play and organized activities.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in education or youth development preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in modeling strengths-Based problem-Solving, and the ability to manage program administration and data tracking.
