Cans assessor - Hybrid

The primary function involves administering a child-Centered evaluative process using the texas child and adolescent needs and strengths survey (Cans version 3.0) to provide best-Fit placement and service recommendations for youth in care. Essential duties include managing a caseload of cans 3.0 administrations, integrating assessment information from multiple sources, and collaborating with the case care team to finalize service package determinations.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, education, or human services, along with two years of full-Time experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults. Candidates must successfully complete texas cans child welfare certification within 90 days of hire and possess strong communication, interviewing, and analytical skills.
