The teacher is responsible for creating hands-On activities tailored to meet the needs and interests of the toddlers in their care. Additionally, they must maintain open communication with parents regarding daily milestones and ensure the classroom remains safe and clean by adhering to all guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and must possess related college-Level early education coursework or a child development associate (Cda) credential. One year of professional teaching experience in childcare or preschool settings is preferred, along with demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (Dap).
