ERSEA Field Support Specialist

This specialist partners with center teams to guide family support coordinators through the enrollment workflow, providing coaching, compliance guidance, and ensuring file accuracy and completeness. Key duties involve supporting eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment quality, and attendance monitoring across all program sites.

A bachelor's degree is preferred in a related field such as social work or early childhood education, alongside two years of preferred experience in ersea, family support, or hs/Ehs/Pre-K enrollment roles. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and proficiency with data systems like childplus and procare.
