Employment Specialist (Community-Based Pre-Voc)

The employment specialist will coach individuals with developmental disabilities to develop essential job skills and assist them in securing competitive employment placements. This role involves working directly at job sites to reinforce skills or teach new ones like resume writing and interviewing.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of full-Time experience supporting people with disabilities. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory record is also required, and employment is conditional on passing various background checks.
