Afterschool Parent Liaison

The parent liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring consistent and culturally sensitive communication in both english and spanish, while translating key information and assisting staff with logistics and parent needs at afterschool sites. Responsibilities also include building relationships with families, helping them navigate school systems, maintaining confidential records, and referring families to external resources when necessary.

Required qualifications include fluency in both spanish and english (Written, spoken, and listening), a high school diploma or ged, strong communication skills, and experience with microsoft office and zoom. Candidates must also have access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and provide their own laptop.
