A minimum requirement is an associate's degree or three years of experience in case management or social services, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must have experience working with diverse backgrounds, understand disability-Related needs, possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, and hold a valid washington state driver's license.
