Learning and Development Specialist

The l&d specialist supports the execution of enterprise-Wide learning programs by partnering across departments to identify needs, develop scalable solutions, and deliver consistent onboarding and training experiences. Key duties include administering the learning management system (Lms), creating training content, coordinating with experts and vendors, and supporting the evolution of onboarding and the flexgen academy.

Candidates must possess 5 years of experience in learning & development or a related field, with preferred experience in developing technical and operational training. Strong instructional design skills, lms platform experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-Technical teams are essential for success in this role.
