Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The program supervisor will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery, including conducting functional and behavioral assessments and developing and implementing treatment plans. Responsibilities also involve serving as the clinical lead, supervising behavior technicians, monitoring client progress, and providing family training and support.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in aba or a related field and hold active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification, along with knowledge of best practices in autism treatment. Applicants also need reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check, and strong organizational and communication skills.
