Early Years Apprentice

As an apprentice early years educator, the primary role involves ensuring children are kept safe, loved, and inspired to learn by applying the storal curriculum and pedagogy principles daily. Key activities also include seeking learning opportunities in everyday routines and building strong bonds with children and their families through meaningful interactions.

Applicants must be 16 or over, possess a passion for children and an aptitude for learning, and be able to commit to the full apprenticeship program. Minimum academic requirements include english and maths gcse grades 2 or e or above, or functional skills level 1 or above, along with being patient and friendly.
